Starboard SUP 1st and 2nd at Surf Festival Brouwersdam. Last weekend saw one of the largest surf festivals in Europe at Brouwersdam. Although just one of the many parts at the festival, SUP received strong interest by a wide variety of people. In the afternoon a flat water SUP course was set up focusing on speed and stamina. Brian Talma, our SUP star from Barbados, pulled ahead with power and convincingly won the race. German SUP enthusiast Florian Lachauer finished in 2nd after chasing with determination, but Brian was simply too fast for him. All in all a great weekend was had by all with a lot of interest and excitement into the SUP boards that were on display and available for demonstrations.
